Press Toolmaking
We are highly experienced with all types of press tool, including panel work, deep drawing, transfer tools, and low volume single stage tool and multi-stage progression tools from 10 tonnes up to 800 tonnes
Precision Engineering
We are heavily invested with the latest technologies and highest quality products. Our machines use only the best and most efficient tools and methods to ensure surface finish and accuracy to within microns
Dynamic Waterjet Cutting
Dynamic Waterjet Abrasive Cutting can cut through practically any material; wood, metal, plastic, stone, composites, glass etc, etc. Our waterjet machine has a cutting area of 4 x 2 meters and can cut materials up to 200mm thick
Bespoke Machinery & Product Design
Our designers have been at the fore front of manufacturing design in the UK for the last two decades, over which time their portfolio of work has grown to include; a vast array of press tools, jigs and fixtures, mould tools, bespoke machinery and product design
CMM Services
CTS recently invested in a new Quantum HG CNC machine, which has already proven to be a vital part of CTS’ capacity list. This machine allows all work to be checked rapidly with ease, as well as checking areas difficult to measure including bores, rads, tapers, angles, profiles and surfaces
